a simple cross train

workout: 45 minutes cross training on a bike.

It’s simple there are 2 weeks before my next 13.1 (a hilly 13.1), so its just important to get the runs in and keep it light. I saw the direct results from the last approach on how I felt good during the run and I am going to mirror the same thing. Perhaps the biggest question for the next half marathon which happens to fall on the 31st of October, should I wear a costume for the run since it falls on Halloween? And if I do what do I dress up as?
