Workout: 30 minutes cross training on the bike. 40 pull ups, 50 ab jack knives, 50 crunches, 50 push ups, 30 dumbbell shoulder presses, 50 oblique lifts.
The next race is only 4 weeks out and it is time to get ready for the Four Bridges Half Marathon in Folsom, Ca. This will be my fourth race without my pace time on my wrist and really getting some hills in on the run outside of the Miner’s Ravine run that had some great road climbs. The Four Bridges should be easier than either half of the CIM so I am excited to get a challenging 13.1 miles in before the CIM. Well that’s pretty much all I have before lights out time.
