Workout: 45 minute bike ride on the stationary.

Today was a pretty simple workout day with the Urban Cow coming in a couple of days. I did a light workout to get the heart rate up but kept the pounding off the legs by staying on the bike. I am excited but also curious to see how I perform in the race since I will be going without a watch and have dropped the recovery runs from my running routine. I guess at this point only time can tell. Sunday will be a fun enjoyable run but also a very curious run as I won’t have a pace on me at all times or running with a running partner, though I know I will see a number of familiar faces at the start and finish lines.
