Workout: 8 mile run.
8 miles in the bag with a couple of days to go before the Urban Cow Half Marathon. I am really excited for this run, I am not going to try to PR this half marathon because I know I am not as fast as I was back in May. I am however feeling good that I will post a decent time, probably around the 1 hour and 40 minute mark, but we will see what pops up at the finish since I will be running without a watch again. There are two more runs this week, a speed workout on thursday and a light run on Saturday, along with 2 days of cross training on the bike with my regular core / strength work.
