2 days off

Workout: scheduled was a light run or cross training.

I took another day off as I felt tired today and my legs just didn’t have it by the end of the day. So I did what was best and that was to pull back to keep me healthy for tomorrow. Listening to my body is probably the biggest thing I have learned since the SF marathon. That is my goal listen to my body and let my legs do the work, sometimes we have off days and we need to just pull back from a workout.
