Cardio Cross Train

Workout: 20 minutes on the bike followed by Rev It Up Cardio (30 minutes).

Adding the bike back into the workout today I am excited to keep riding a little bit more as I get more into the months leading into the marathon. Over the last few days I have been looking for more races to enter rather than just doing a training run every week. I think getting comfortable with running in races without a watch is important so I can learn to pace myself without relying on keeping up with other people making me run slower or too fast burning out too early. The photo below is from the most recent race this past Monday and even though you can not see my left wrist there is no watch on it.
