20s all I got

Workout: Rev Abs Power Intervals 2

I only had a limited amount of time in fact around 20 minutes today, but I still got a pretty good workout in. A variation of strength training and cardio all in a quick DVD workout, perhaps not the top level cardio in a 20 minute workout, but it was still a workout. Based on the workout plan for my next marathon today was to be a lighter cross training or easy running day. So today’s workout was good for the plan.
