Rev It Up!

Workout: Rev Abs Rev It Up Cardio.

Today’s workout isn’t as tough as the title of the DVD. It’s actually a very easy workout but still effective especially as a warmup for tomorrow’s 10Km. So today was also check in day for the race, I am all good and ready to go. Sporting bob number 29, which is the lowest number I have ever worn in a race. I think this is a very small race by the looks of things at registration. I will be running my first race without a watch tomorrow so we shall see how that goes. I think it is a good way to continue to run without a watch which will probably be the way I run the next half marathon in October , 10K in November and the full marathon in December. I’ll post a race recap tomorrow after the run.
