Workout: cross-training day which included Rev Abs Strength & Endurance and Merciless Abs.
Today’s total workout time was about 55 minutes and I didn’t do a bike cross train. All I did today was what the Rev Abs workout had in store for me. I am excited for the 2 10K races I signed up for today. The first is on Monday, Labor Day, the Run for Democracy 10K. The second is the Run to Feed the Hungry in November. My goal for the 10K on monday at William Land Park is to finish top 3 in my age group. I think a couple 10K races will get my spirits alive from my most recent nightmare race at the SF Marathon.
