5Km of speed training

Workout: 10 min warmup, 5x1Km with 400m Rest Intervals, 10 min cool down. Rev Abs Fat Burning Abs.

Today was a pretty good workout. Above is my weekly calendar of workouts and the photo is for Thursdays run. Writing it down helps me stay committed to my workouts. The workouts it is a fast and quick run, 10 minutes to warm-up, then working five 1Km hard runs in there. I did a walk/ jog for the 400 meter rest intervals. Then finish off with the 10 minute jog cool down. For those of you in Sacramento I hope you get a workout in early as today is going to be a hot one!
