counting it all

Workout: 40 minutes total. Rev Abs Power Intervals 2 and 10 minutes easy on the bike.

So tonight I actually counted the Rev Abs as part of my cross training workout. Partly due to the time of night I am working out but also to see how my body feels after the workout. Right now I feel like I was able to accomplish a good workout getting my legs some work while mixing in the cardio.
