workout: Rev Abs Fire Up Your Abs. No running today.
Just keeping the legs rested for the 15 mile run sometime this weekend. It is scheduled for me to run the 15 tomorrow, but like last week I may push it off to a day where I know I will have better rested legs. So for today, I just got the abs working a little with a 30 minute ab routine from Rev Abs. This backing off the workouts is really different as before, it has allowed me to have more enjoyment in my workouts and not feel so pressured. Don’t get me wrong it isn’t like I am just blowing off the workouts, I still do each one, I just move them around when I need to not forcing a late night run or a run that will not have quality because my legs are burned out.
