Speed Me Up

Workout: 10 min. warm-up, 1200, 1000, 800, 600, 400, 200 (200 Rest Intervals between runs) 10 min. cool-down

I really enjoy and look forward to these speed workouts. They do take a little bit of time because of the rest intervals however the speed runs are a lot of fun and start adding up in the end. The workouts do end up going by fairly quickly because of the change of distances and the non-repeating runs. Try it out and I will almost guarantee that for those of you who want to work on speed but don’t like just running the 400 time after time, try today’s workout.
