Workout: 13 mile run and Rev Abs Mercy Abs.
It was a great idea to push this past weekends long run to today. One of the best runs I have had in a couple of weeks. No watch just enjoying the weather and letting the legs do the work. I wasn’t flying but I know it wasn’t slow either. But most importantly I just felt good on the run. I ran a familiar route and ran through Sacramento State, and long American River Drive before pushing myself back toward the Rosemont area where I started.
