workout: off today.
Today, I took the day off of running and will push the 13 mile run onto tomorrow. It was a very long weekend of work and trying to get a 13 mile run in towards the evening would not be the best run I could possibly put out, and probably make myself just frustrated. Every now and then it is okay to push a run off for a couple of days, as long as the work gets put in. And after a good nights rest, I know tomorrow will be a good run.
