Workout: 40 minute cross train on the bike. Rev Abs Power Intervals.
Today is typically the long run day but I am going to push it off until either tomorrow evening or Monday morning. Sometimes you just have to rearrange things so it makes sense and so I actually can rest a little bit. The bike will keep my legs moving and give me a little workout to wake me up for my long day of work. Not too much to chat with on this topic except for sometimes it’s okay to move it around to what fits but obviously a routine is the best way to keep it so you can have the rest and cross training days between running days.
