nice and easy

workout: Rev Abs Power Intervals, no running or cross training today.

Sometimes as athletes we need to make sure we have a lighter workout day during the week and today is that lighter workout day. No cross training no running I just personally like to get a little sweat going in the A.M. to get the blood warmed up and start my day, the simple 20 minute workout is a good way to get the blood going for me, other than that no training at all. For those of you that can get away with no workout, this is one of those days you can completely leave your shoes off.
