Workout: 8 mile run
So today was supposed to be a 10 mile run. I put in 8 miles and called it a day. Sometimes we expect more than what we have. I say to myself 10 miles is easy I’ve done 26.2. I will never struggle with a 10 mile run. Well today I did. I put forth my best effort and 8 was all I had. I know it took me a little longer than I expected my body was just a little slower today. Sometimes we have to accept our best for that day just isn’t great but at least I tried and did what I could. There is always another run and I know it will and can be better.
