5 miles in the bag

Workout: 5 miles at a medium tempo pace. Rev Abs Total Strength and Mercy Abs.

5 mile tempo type of run is a great way to start the day. Working with how my body feels on a middle tempo run is great. Not running with a watch seems to allow me to really get a sense of how hard to push myself and really develop my senses during my run. Self checks of my how legs feel, how hard I am breathing etc. has been much clearer for me since dumping the watch. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve their likes of running or finding other ways to improve their runs to also dump their watch.
