Workout: 20 minute cross training. Rev Abs Total Strength and Mercy Abs DVD.
Today was an all around workout, no running just a typical workout. 20 minutes on the bike followed by some leg work, arms, back, and abs. A good sweat but not burning out the legs too much allowing for recovery from this weekends long run and for tomorrow speed workout. I think this workout time is long overdue with as many races I have already done this year. However I think I may add a couple of “fun runs” into the schedule just to get out and go, but they will more than likely be 5 and 10k runs in attempt to not burn my legs out. The races will allow me to get my competitive thrill out of me without using my training to compete with the clock.
