workout: Rev Abs Fire Up Your Abs DVD.
Today was an off day for running, but I still got a little core work in with the Rev Abs program. Tomorrow will be an enjoyable and interesting run, I am heading on a 13 mile run without a watch, just running. It will be an evening run with my busy work day tomorrow, but I am really excited about just running and not keeping a watch to track my time and pace, etc. I’ll post tomorrow evening how it works it self out.
