It was another great weathered day in San Diego, and training down here is really easy to run in. I could get used to running and working out in the weather down, but the reality is it is going to end Monday, when I head back north. Though with the marathon one week out this is a good way to relax and enjoy the weather, break up the same routes, and get physically and mentally ready for the 26.2 run as I attempt to qualify for Boston. On the workout not itself, it hotel was a great area to workout in the rooms, since there was a lot of room and a DVD players accessible in the room. The Power Intervals DVD for Rev Abs is a good little workout to break a sweat, and is a good change from the high paced workouts I have been doing for a number of weeks.
