Run: 4 miles @ 7.15 pace
Additional Workout: Insanity Core Cardio & Balance
A 4 mile run around the block today (4 mile map). This is the same loop I have done several times when I need to do a four mile run. It is all sidewalk and bike lane to run on so you can speed up or slow down as much as you want on this run today. After the 18 mile run Sunday, I went out on a marathon pace today which is 7.15 per mile. Tomorrow is an active rest day, and I will start to incorporate my shoulder work along with my core work, removing some of the plyometric work I have been doing over the last couple of months. I will go into detail of the workouts into tomorrow’s blog. In the mean time enjoy the Spain vs. Portugal Round of 16 match today in the World Cup along with your 4 mile run.
