Additional Workout: Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning & Cardio Abs
Today’s run took me on a four mile loop around Capital Christian School (4 mile loop map). The route is fast and quick with only one stop light that might slow you down. But this morning nothing was slowing me down because no one was on the roads yet. Like many of you I woke up early to get ready for the World Cup. The night sky was still out when I hit the road. The four mile loop is all sidewalk and bike lane so you can go hard if you want or you can cruise and still be comfortable which I did today, trying to save my legs for Sunday’s 16 miler. Have a good run today. Go enjoy the South Africa vs. Mexico game to start the 30 day tournament. It only comes around every 4 years so getting up early working out and enjoying the games is all worth it.
